You are prohibited, within the bounds set by applicable laws, from: (a) copying, distributing, republishing, reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, altering, or translating the website; or (b) engaging with the Service in a way that is forbidden by applicable laws or regulations (each an "Unauthorized Use"). BitRuby retains all rights, titles, and interests in the Service not explicitly granted to the User and reserves all implied or otherwise ungranted rights. You acknowledge that you will bear sole responsibility for any damages, costs, or expenses resulting from any Unauthorized Use. You must notify BitRuby immediately upon discovering any Unauthorized Use conducted by any entity and provide reasonable assistance with any ensuing investigations.

1.4. The designation "BitRuby", its domain names, and any other trademarks, or service marks utilized by BitRuby as part of the Service (the "Trademarks"), are exclusively owned by BitRuby. Furthermore, all content on the Platform, including images, graphics, photos, animations, videos, music, and text (the "Content") is owned by BitRuby and protected by copyright and/or other intellectual property rights. You acknowledge that your use of the Service grants no rights in the Content and/or the Trademarks. Under no circumstances may you utilize the Content and/or the Trademarks without prior written consent from BitRuby, and you agree to avoid any actions that could harm or potentially harm the rights, including intellectual property rights of BitRuby.

2 No Warranties

2.1. BitRuby expressly disclaims any and all warranties, whether expressed or implied, in relation to the service provided to you "as is", and we offer no warranty or representation concerning its quality, suitability for a particular purpose, completeness, or accuracy.

2.2. Despite BitRuby’s efforts, no warranty is provided that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

3.0.A uthority/Terms of Service You consent to abide by the game rules specified on the BitRuby Platform. BitRuby retains authority over the issuance, maintenance, and closure of the Service. Decisions made by BitRuby’s management concerning any use of the Service, or dispute resolution, are conclusive and not subject to review or appeal.

4.0 Your Responsibilities as a Player

You affirm and warrant that:

4.1.1 You are of legal age as defined by the jurisdiction of your residence (e.g., Estonia – 21 years) and are legally permitted to engage in the Games offered on the Platform under applicable laws.

4.1.2 You engage in the Games purely for personal, non-professional entertainment purposes.

4.1.3 You participate in the Games on your own behalf and not for any other person.

4.1.4 All information provided to BitRuby during this agreement is accurate, complete, and current, and you will promptly inform BitRuby of any changes to this information.

4.1.5 You are solely responsible for reporting and accounting for any taxes applicable under relevant laws for any winnings received from BitRuby.

4.1.6 You acknowledge the risk of losing virtual funds deposited into your Member Account by participating in the Games.

4.1.7 You will not engage in any fraudulent, collusive, fixing, or other illegal activity in relation to your or third parties’ participation in any of the Games and will not employ any software-assisted methods or techniques or hardware devices in your participation in any of the Games. BitRuby reserves the right to invalidate any wager in the event of such behavior.

4.1.8 You understand that virtual currencies such as Bitcoin are not considered legal tender and are thus treated as virtual funds with no intrinsic value on the Platform. 4.1.9. You are aware that the value of Bitcoin can fluctuate significantly based on market conditions. 4.1.10. You are not permitted to use payment methods that are owned by a third party or another person.

4.2 User accounts are personal and cannot be transferred, sold, or otherwise exchanged.

4.3 Games on our site should be conducted as they would be in any other gaming environment, meaning players are expected to conduct themselves with decorum and refrain from any rude or offensive behavior.

4.4 In instances where a wager is acknowledged or a transaction is conducted by us in error, BitRuby reserves the right to cancel all accepted wagers containing such errors.

4.5 Users must refrain from exploiting any errors or incompleteness in the software and are obligated to report such issues to BitRuby immediately. Failing to report such errors will make the user liable for all associated costs and damages resulting from the error and the lack of notification.

4.6 If a game fails to complete due to a system malfunction, BitRuby will reimburse the wager amount by crediting it to the user’s account or, if the account no longer exists, by arranging an approved alternative payment method. If the user had an accrued credit at the time the game failed, BitRuby will credit the user’s account with the monetary value of the credit or provide payment through an approved method if the account is no longer active.

4.7 BitRuby reserves the right to reject or limit wagers. Users are not allowed to place bets exceeding the balance of their personal account. All winnings are credited to the user’s personal account.

4.8 BitRuby may retain payments if there is suspicion or evidence of system manipulation. Criminal charges may be pursued against any user or other individuals who manipulate or attempt to manipulate the system. BitRuby also reserves the right to terminate and/or change any games or events offered on the Platform.

4.9 We reserve the right to require additional verification in cases of suspicious or fraudulent transactions.

4.10 BitRuby reserves the right to declare a wager void, either in part or in full, if at its discretion, it is evident that any of the following circumstances have occurred:

4.10.1 You or individuals associated with you may have influenced the outcome of an event to gain an unlawful advantage.

4.10.2 You or individuals associated with you have circumvented the rules of BitRuby.

4.10.3 The outcome of an event has been affected by criminal activity.

4.10.4 Wagers were accepted during periods when the website was affected by technical issues.

4.10.5 Wagers were placed and accepted due to a misprint, technical error, force majeure, or other errors.

4.10.6 If a deposit is flagged by blockchain monitoring as “not enough fee to relay”, BitRuby reserves the right to confiscate the winnings if deemed fraudulent.

4.11 You must inform BitRuby immediately if you enter into a self-exclusion agreement with any gambling provider.

5 Prohibited Uses

5.2 Individuals located in or residents of certain jurisdictions where use of the Service is illegal (including Aruba, Bonaire, Curacao, France, the Netherlands, Saba, Statia, St. Martin, and the USA) are prohibited from using the Service. Any attempt to bypass these restrictions on play for real money constitutes a breach of this Agreement.

6.0 Know Your Customer (“KYC”)

7 Breach

7.1 If you breach any part of this Agreement, BitRuby reserves the right to take appropriate actions, including terminating this Agreement or any other agreement with you and/or pursuing legal actions.

7.2 You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BitRuby and its shareholders, directors, agents, and employees from all claims, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses, including legal fees, arising from your breach of this Agreement, violation of any law or third-party rights, or your use of the Service.

8.0 Limitations and Liability

8.1 BitRuby will not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or interruption of business, arising from your use or inability to use the Service, even if BitRuby has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8.2 This Agreement does not limit BitRuby's liability for personal injury or death caused by its negligence.

9 Disputes

9.1 If you have a complaint, please contact BitRuby’s customer service at bitruby.ask@gmail.com. If a dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may pursue legal remedies under the governing law stated below.

10 Amendment

10.1 BitRuby may update or modify this Agreement at any time without prior notice. You are bound by such amendments once they are posted on the Platform. It is advised to regularly review the Terms to ensure compliance with current policies.

11 Governing

11.1 Law This Agreement and any disputes arising from it are governed by the laws of Curacao. You irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of Curacao courts for any disputes related to this Agreement.

12 Assignment

12.1 BitRuby reserves the right to assign this Agreement, in whole or in part, at any time without notice. You may not transfer any of your rights or obligations under this Agreement.

13 Advantage

13.1 Play If BitRuby detects that a user has engaged in advantage play to guarantee a profit from bonuses or promotions, it will confiscate any winnings and close the account. Examples include delaying game rounds to meet wagering requirements, or depositing during active bonus rounds. Irregular gaming patterns may lead to withholding of withdrawals and confiscation of winnings.

2.1.3 All information you provide during the validity of this agreement is accurate, complete, and current, and you will promptly notify us of any changes.

2.1.4 You are solely responsible for declaring and paying any taxes applicable to your winnings under the relevant laws.

2.1.5 You acknowledge the risk of losing money deposited into your Member Account and accept full responsibility for such losses.

2.1.13 You consent to our use of anti-fraud and anti-cheating measures, which may include device inspection, geo-location, and IP checks, as well as transaction and blockchain analysis.

2.1.14 You agree to our right to terminate or alter any games or events on the Website, and to refuse or limit bets.

2.1.15 You acknowledge our right to block or close multiple accounts and manage the assets within these accounts as necessary.

2.2.3 The result of an event was directly or indirectly affected by criminal activity.

2.2.4 Wagers accepted during technical issues were not ordinarily accepted under normal conditions.

2.2.5 An error such as a misprint, vulnerability, technical error, or other unforeseen factors resulted in improperly offered or accepted wagers.

2.2.6 A transaction marked by blockchain or similar systems as “not enough fee to relay” may lead BitRuby to confiscate winnings if deemed fraudulent.

3 Restricted Territories

3.1 The following territories are blacklisted: China, Netherlands, Dutch Caribbean Islands, Hungary, Australia, Ontario (Canada), Curacao, France, the United States, and any other jurisdiction where local laws prohibit online gaming. It is strictly forbidden to use BitRuby's services within these territories.

4 General Betting Rules

4.1 Only registered account holders may place bets.

4.2 Bets can only be placed over the Internet.

4.3 You can place bets only if your account balance is sufficient.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 BitRuby reserves the right to cancel any promotion, bonus, or bonus program immediately if it believes the setup was incorrect or is being abused. If such bonuses have been paid out, BitRuby may deny any withdrawal requests and deduct such amounts from your account. The determination of whether a bonus is set up incorrectly or abused is solely at the discretion of BitRuby.

5.3 If terms of a promotion are breached, or there is evidence of a series of bets by a customer or group of customers resulting in guaranteed profits irrespective of the outcome due to a promotional offer, BitRuby reserves the right to reclaim the bonus element of such offers and may settle bets at correct odds, void the free bets or risk-free bets, or void any bet funded by the deposit bonus. Additionally, BitRuby may impose an administrative charge up to the value of the deposit bonus, free bet, risk-free bet, or additional payment to cover administrative costs. Further, BitRuby reserves the right to request sufficient documentation to satisfy itself as to the customer's identity before any bonus, free bet, or risk-free bet is credited to their account.

5.4 Promotions are intended for recreational players only and BitRuby may limit the eligibility of customers to participate in all or part of any promotion.

5.5 BitRuby reserves the right to amend, cancel, reclaim, or refuse any promotion at its discretion.

5.8 BitRuby may require you to wager a certain amount of your own deposit before you can bet with any free/bonus funds credited to your account.

5.9 Some promotions may be subject to withdrawal restrictions and/or requirements which must be met before credited funds can be withdrawn. If you opt to withdraw before meeting the applicable wagering requirements, BitRuby will deduct the entire bonus amount and any associated winnings from the bonus before approving the withdrawal.

6 Limitation of Liability
